Intco framing is specialized in production of wood-like framing products, such as photo frame, framed arts and mirror frames and is 90% export worldwide. The uniqueness of our product is it's made of recycled EPS foams and we've completed the cycle from collection and recycling of EPS foam packaging, reprocess into reusable materials then manufacturing these materials into high quality wall dcor products. Our innovation and the concept of transforming the "White Pollution" into wall dcor products has been awarded by many national environmental associations in China. Intco framing has two manufacturing bases: Shanghai Intco Industries Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, which is located in Hu Qiao Industries Park of Fengxian District, Shanghai. It has 35 mu land with 17000sqm2 plant and office building. Zibo Intco Framing Products Co., Ltd, a wholly owned company by Intco International Co., Ltd., is located on Qingtian Road of Qi Lu Industrial Park, Linzi District, Zibo City of Shandong Province. It covers an area of 198 Mu, including the programming 50,000 ㎡ Workshop, 7,000 ㎡ Office and Exhibition Hall, 2,500 ㎡ Dining Hall and 7,500 ㎡ Employee Dormitory. Currently two factories totally carry 100 PS extruders and 26 assembly lines with yearly capacity of collecting & recycling 20000 tons of EPS waste foam and 600000 boxes of PS moulding, exporting over 2000 containers of PS framing products to all overseas market. Comparing to tradition wood frame material, plastic frame is advanced in its aesthetics, durability and corrosion resistance. It has simpler techniques and fancier impression in surface treatment. Moreover, it has an unexampled advantage in low cost. Consequently it becomes popular with numerous customers both at home and abroad as soon as it was launched out. Within only 3 to 4 years, it has rapidly dominated the market of traditional wood framing product and become the new environment-friendly material applied to home decoration, outdoor advertisement as well as fitting and building material industry.
