We are a young, creative and fast growing company in Shanghai. Established in the end of 2002 with only 6 people, 5 million turnovers, today we have 65 staff members, 9 professional designers, and 4 self-owned factories and will achieve around 50 million turnovers this year, which makes us known by many major retailers in USA as "King of Throw and Blanket"! In North American market, we are the key vendor for Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Nordstrom, Targets, Kohl's, Land' End in throw, blanket, bedding and bathrobe category. Also we are supplying some retailers in the UK like Marks & Spencer, John Lewis and Debenhams, via Li & Fung. Our factories are all Pottery Barn's flag-ship factories in China! The woven factory is 100% vertical production base including yarn-spinning, yarn-dyeing, fabric-weaving, pre-washing, cutting and sewing, even stuffing. The knitting facility is 90% vertical production base, only buying raw material from outside. It has 9gg, 7gg, 5gg, 3gg and 1.5gg plain knit or jacquard knit looms. The bedding factory occupies 35 acres' land, 23000sqm construction area, famous for fleece blankets and bathrobes, baby beddings and sleeping bags. It's the key production base for Snuggle Sac brand. The Fake Fur Factory is one of Top 3 fur fabric mills in China, also Pottery Barn's creation center in China. With 5 years' constant growing and developing, Sunwin has already fully covered all the ranges of styles and techniques related to throw and blanket business, including woven, jacquard, brushed, embossed, discharge-printing, burn-out, quilted and embroidered, jacquard knit, warp-knit and crochets.
