Dalian Huafeng Furniture Co,.Ltd in China were found in 1952,At present,10,000 employees and 20 factories. Products are more than ten series--bedroom,dining room,living room,home office,hotel set and so on.Most of them are for Japanese market and domestic market. We have been exporting to Japan for nearly twenty years.From the year of 2000 on,some of products are exported to USA. In 2002,we invested US$ 482 million to set up a furniture industrial zone for USA market(called New Land Furniture Industrial Zone)which covers 4.5 square kilometer. It is zoned for furniture-manufacturing,accessories warehouse,daily-life area for employees and air-dry yard for wood material.There are 450,000 cubic meter lumber in stock,mainly oak,ash,elm,birch,poplar and pine. The total building area is about 1.3 million square meter----manufacturing factories of 400,000 square meter with 30 finishing lines;furniture warehouse of 400,000 square meter;showroom of 100,000 square meter;accessories warehouse and other building of 400,000 square meter. 22,000 employees will be needed in this zone.The monthly capacity of the producing is about 5000 containers by 40. The sufficient warehouse of 400,000 square meter could allow us to accept the combined orders with different groups. We have our owned designing system.All the products sold in China are by OBM.To the American customers,both OEM and ODM are acceptable.
