It was restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a limited liability company and renamed to Fujian Hua Min Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (the company) in May, 2003 by the Fujian Province people's government authorized. The registered capital need RMB 60 million. In 2004 the company total assets amounted to 1,400 million, till now it is more than 1500 million. And it has 28 business department and there are 458 staffs keep working. There also have more than 10 internal or external subordinate company jointed and the business scope covers trade, labour service, investment, transportation.
We have got the good image and excellent reputation in the foreign trade profession, has won the Chinese and foreign customer high praise because we are so pay attention to the Contract and keep faithful all the time. The strict internal management and the long-term foreign trade practice help to set up one team who are all working hard and with good quality service, also it caused the company fills with the vitality and enhance company develop so fast and continuously day by day.
