Establihed from 12/12/2002 with the name Minh Duong Limited company, untill 11/12/2007 by the licence of the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province, Minh Duong changed the name into Minh Duong Furniture Corporation with Chairman is Mr. Duong Minh Chinh and Mr. Duong Minh Dinh is General Director with the charter Capitol is 65.5 bilion dong. Operating in many business line but at the beginning Minh Duong focused on the field of export processing wood furniture, company received many the supporting and consultances in oganization method and quality management from the professional oganization as the program cooporation and development Holland, , Mekong support Capitol. Producing and business activities of company has expanded and developed for size, turnover and the consume market. At the beginning, company just has 2 buildings and 250 workers, until now company has expanded with 6 buildings and 2 raw material warehouses in a area 30.000 m2 ( in total 56.000m2). Since setting up to now, average each year company built one new manufacture building. Beside that , company invested the second factory named Tam Binh at Anh Binh, Di An Binh Duong pori nce in area 15.000m2 ( in total 28.000m2) which go into operating in Mar 2005, raising the total quantity of worker of company to 2300 people.
