As you know, Gaomi towel factory, the predecessor of our company, began to face the awkward predicament of the surplus of industry productive capacity when it produced the first towel by the end of 1987 and then the whole Textile industry has slumped for ten years in a row during in the course of which we experienced a series of severe ordeals such as Asia finance crisis, SARS, appreciation of RMB, reduction of refund of export tax rebate, price increase of the materials and so on. But we relied on having the following conduct norms behave oneself honestly, treat people sincerely, handle affairs faithfully, we sought survival and development in the soup, try to improve the products quality and tighten our belt to reform the technology, at last we opened a new world in the domestic and overseas markets.
