About INTCO Shanghai INTCO Industries Co., Ltd is a United States solely invested company, which was established in 2002. The factory is located in Shanghai Huqiao Industrial Development Zone of Fengxian District. We are a manufacturer & exporter of polystyrene mouldings & wall decoration products like photo frames, picture frames & mirror frames. 90% of our products are for overseas markets. The characteristics of our products are on the recycling of the plastic scraps & materials. We make them into fancy wall decor products by applying the latest extrusion technologies. The replacing of plastic materials greatly simplify the traditional working procedures by using wood, which is not only more effective & cost saving, but also environmental-oriented. We own 170,000 square feet manufacturing facility workshop & 3000 square feet office building. With 35 Polystyrene moulding production lines & 20 finish products assembly lines, our monthly output reaches 100 x 40 foot standard containers. Including the 2nd manufacture base of Shandong factory, we totally own 67000 square meters manufacturing facility workshop & warehouse, 10000 square meters office building, 3500 square meters eatery and 7500 square meters dormitory. With 55 polystyrene moulding production lines & 20 finish products assembly lines, our monthly output reaches 200 x 40 foot standard containers.We plan to reach 100 polystyrene moulding production lines & 40 finish products assembly lines in two years.
