HuaYing Fireplace Co.,Ltd takes up the area of 16600 square meters (178682.4 square feet); producing workshop takes the area of 7600 square meters (81806.4 square feet). The producing workshop is divided into foundry, enamel workshop, polish workshop, and painting & assembling workshop. We have quality inspection headquarter and synthetical headquarter. Producing ability is 450 T casting per month.We can deliver 20 containers per month. Technique Guarantee: in our company, the computer assistant design (CAD) is used to make the models. We use the REPRO Tooling Plastic produced by American FREEMAN Mfg & Supply CO. that makes the entity models and builds them. According to the original drawing, check and correct it. We will give some modified suggestions about the problems that may exist in the design sample-produce models. We dont produce the cast models until the entity sample model is designed well and approved. It can reduce the expense caused by improper designing and blindness producing.
