Daimler and Heineken May See Disruption from CMA-CGM’s Slipped Sailing

CMA-CGM has cancelled one sailing and delayed three others on its Liberty Bridge service from Europe to the U.S. due to “bad weather crossing the Atlantic and congestion” at ports on both sides of the Atlantic. Congestion has been a widespread challenge for the container-lines, though issues at New York have reportedly dissipated. CMA-CGM had already been facing competitive challenges on the route.
