The Ambassador Bridge, the busiest land crossing between the U.S. and Canada, has been reopened after police cleared blocked vehicles. The bridge, which handed 18.9% of U.S. imports from Canada in 2021 was closed for 7 days as a result of protests, potentially displacing $1.29 billion dollars in goods directly, and likely many more indirectly.
