Where does Panjiva get its data?
We get our import and export data from over thirty different sources, including the US Government via Census and Customs data. Learn more about all of our data sources.
Which package is right for me?
The Business Plan is the only plan with buyer contact information and the ability to respond to inquiries from buyers with an immediate buying need. If you are a supplier looking to use Panjiva to develop new customers, the Business Plan is the plan for you. If you are not looking for new customers but are conducting market research on competitors, the Basic or Enhanced Plans might fit your needs. The Enhanced Plan covers manufacturers from around the world, including the US. The Basic Plan covers suppliers outside of the US.
Can I get raw shipment and customs data?
Yes. We group companies into profiles to make it visual and easier to understand. However, you can access the same data through a raw format and export it to excel or csv.
Do you have tools for logistics and shipping companies?

What’s the difference between a buyer and a supplier subscription?
Actually, there is no difference. It’s the same plan. The only difference is that with supplier accounts, we help you set up a profile to get more visibility. You can buy either plan you’d like and get exactly the same thing.
