The food industry faces disruptions from the spread of coronavirus with export restrictions being introduced by some countries. Food manufacturers such as JBS may need to retool their supply chains to serve retail rather than food service channels. JBS has also “made provisions of discounts” to support customers in Brazil according to CEO Gilberto Tomazoni.
