Where does Panjiva get its data?
We get our import and export data from over thirty different sources, including the US Government via Census and Customs data. Learn more about all of our data sources.
Which package is right for me?
The Basic Package is intended for a user with basic sourcing or business research needs. For larger projects, you may need a package that includes unlimited access and support. You can call us at +1-888-902-3511 to ask questions.
Can I get raw shipment and customs data?
Yes. We group companies into profiles to make it visual and easier to understand. However, you can access the same data through a raw format and export it to excel or csv.
Do you have tools for logistics and shipping companies?
We have a product called Shipment Search Pro for logistics companies and NVOCCs to research shipment records and create lead-lists.
What’s the difference between a buyer and a supplier subscription?
Actually, there is no difference. It’s the same plan. The only difference is that with supplier accounts, we help you set up a profile to get more visibility. You can buy either plan you’d like and get exactly the same thing.
Do you have discounts?

If I get everything I need from Panjiva, can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription by going to Account Settings and clicking on Cancel Subscription. After cancelling, you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.
