GSP Not the Only USP For Argentine Exports to U.S.

The U.S. Trade Representative has received generally supportive comments on its move to restore tariff-cutting Generalized System of Preferences status to Argentina. This was suspended in May 2012, though Argentine exports to the U.S. have only fallen 4% since then vs. 34% for its global exports, Panjiva data shows. Its trade with other countries has been worse.
