Port operator DP World reported third quarter container handling growth of 9% on a like-for-like basis, or 26% when allowing for the first time consolidation of new facilities. There was an acceleration in growth from all three regions for a third month, with Americas and Australia ports growing the quickest. That’s a contrast to the cautious stance taken at the start of the year, but not surprising given recent growth.
