Prime Minister Prayut and President Trump have discussed trade between Thailand and the U.S. Surprisingly President Trump took a dovish tone, outlining and aim to “try and sell a little bit more”. That comes despite Thailand holding a $19.7 billion trade surplus with the U.S., which is normally a signal for a more combative trade relationship.
