EU Left Out of Chinese Materials Exports, Goes to WTO

The European Union has joined the U.S. in its complaint to the World Trade Organization about Chinese export tariffs. They argue, as did the U.S. Trade Representative on July 13, that these give Chinese manufacturers of end products an unfair advantage.
