Automaker Honda will team up with Contemporary Amperex Technology (CAT) to build an electric vehicle in China for the domestic and overseas market. That comes as CAT awaits its IPO and as the growth in its trade activity has slowed. CAT’s total imports and exports grew 18% in the three months to February 28 on a year earlier, down from 48% in 2017 due to a 23% reversal in export activity.
