Russia Shipping Support For Grain May Be Export Diversification Move

The Russian government is reportedly planning to provide logistics expense financing for exports of grain. Plans are due to be announced shortly, and will be rolled out in 2018. Panjiva analysis of Russian customs data shows volumes already climbed 18% in the three months to July 31 on a year earlier, and have climbed 13% annually over the past three years.
