South Korea has reportedly called for a second round of KORUS talks. Following talks between the two countries’ leaders and trade ministers. Prior talks failed on the U.S. focus on the trade deficit – South Korea wanted an investigation first. President Trump remains committed to wanting to “straighten out” the deal – it’s difficult to see this being a reference to anything other than the deficit.
