South Korea Prods the Eagle Once More With Steel, Power WTO Case

The South Korean government has lodged another WTO complaint against the U.S., this time focusing on the use of adverse facts in reviewing steel and power transformer trade cases. That follows a wide-ranging complaint – via the WTO consultation mechanism – against the U.S. section 201 trade case regulations after tariffs were applied against washing machines and solar panels.
