Panjiva's technology creates insight from messy global trade data to provide powerful search, analysis, and visualizations of more than a billion shipping records from nearly every country in the world. Using machine learning, distributed computing, and natural-language processing, we’ve built the most complete graph of the global supply chain in existence, and we seek to set the industry standard in supply chain data and analytics.
Our engineering team runs a nimble development process, deploying to production multiple times per day. The entire team participates in all aspects of product development, from domain research and user experience, to discussions about architecture and roadmap, and improving engineering automation and infrastructure. In a single day, an engineer can work on a front-end data visualization in React, configure AWS instances, and improve the throughput of our distributed search engine. We have robust continuous integration, using frequent code reviews and automated tests to ensure the quality of our work, while moving fast. New engineers and data scientists will build or buy their dream machine, and enjoy frequent opportunities to learn and apply new technologies and concepts to our data.
Our light-filled engineering office in Cambridge's Kendall Square is a highly collaborative environment, and we foster that collaboration through twice-weekly catered lunch and learns, happy hours, hackathons, team outings, travel opportunities to our Manhattan business office, and lots of ping pong.

The Panjiva Sales Team is a dynamic group that thrives in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Prepare to be surrounded by ambitious people as everyone on the sales floor is hungry for the close. The team is highly motivated and pushes themselves, and their peers, to continually learn and improve. We regularly exceed our goals, with a majority of reps hitting their numbers each month. Commissions are uncapped to ensure team members are awarded for their successes.
Reps are exposed to the vast world of trade and get the opportunity to work with and learn about multiple industries. Every day, they are able to hone their sales skills on a variety of different types of companies, from F500 sourcing organizations to entrepreneurial endeavors. Reps are responsible for the entire sales cycle and will often close multiple accounts a week.

Panjiva’s Customer Success Team combines patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm to help foster goodwill and positive advocacy throughout the Panjiva client base.
