Apple has joined 5,060 filers raising concerns about the Trump administration’s proposed 25% duties on $200 billion of Chinese exports. Should they be implemented (timing, volumes and rates are uncertain) Apple has warned it may raise prices for its completed products including the Mac-mini and Watch products. It would also face a loss of competitiveness for its U.S. parts business.
