China’s Ministry of Commerce has launched an antidumping review of stainless steel billet / sheet exports from the EU, Japan, South Korea and Indonesia. That’s partly a response to America’s section 232 duties on steel that has led to an overflow of supplies to the rest of the world, as well as the EU’s safeguarding measures.
