The Canadian government has “a series of challenges” from U.S. steel and aluminum duties in deciding whether to pass the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) through its parliament according to Transport Minister Marc Garneau, adding he “(doesn’t) know if we’re going to get there” with them.
