The U.S. Commerce Department has determined Canada subsidized Bombardier’s production of its C-Series jet, and calls for duties of 220%. The decision was expected, but the rate is high. Delta Airlines may face the biggest impact, though it is confident the case will fail. A final decision is due on December 18, and will need to be approved by the ITC in February.
