Mexico Buys American, But Not Enough to Remove Trade Surplus

Elections 121 Mexico 885 Trade Balance 932 U.S. 5323

Mexico’s global trade deficit narrowed to $1.6 billion in September from $1.9 billion in August, but that was double what economists expected. Import growth of 2% was driven largely by an 8% jump in imports from the United States.
