Vestas Leads Indian Export, U.S. Import Wind Booms

India is set to become a net exporter of wind turbine equipment after the decision by Vestas to start production of nacelles and hubs there. India exported $266 million of wind power generation equipment in the 12 months to Apr. 30 compared to $357 million of imports.
