Vietnam’s Apparel Acceleration, Needs More From Adidas, UA and Hanesbrands

Vietnam’s textile and apparel exports are expected to grow 11% in 2017, according to industry association Vinatex. Year-to-date they have grown by 9%, Panjiva analysis of official data shows, requiring a strong second half to the year. Exports to the U.S. have expanded rapidly, rising 6% in the past year and 104% over the past five years.
