The NBB has filed an anti-dumping petition with the U.S. government regarding biodiesel exports from Argentina and Indonesia. The case alleges dumping margins of up to 34%. While an initial decision is due by May 5, it could take up to a year for final duties to be applied. Panjiva data shows imports in the 12 months to January 31 increased 101% in volume terms, and 130% in value terms due to higher substitute fuel prices.
