EnRecent rumors of a cut in production by OPEC have led to an increase in oil prices, and in turn a 17% rise bunker fuel in four weeks. The fuel is at its highest since September 2015. At the same time the recent rise in container rates appears to be slowing, and Latin American rates are now 8% below their end-July levels.
