Mexican Exports Fall at Fastest Rate Since 2009

The Mexican trade deficit climbed in July, according to official figures, as exports ex-petroleum and imports overall fell at their fastest rate since October 2009. While autos explained the export drop, this bodes ill for the U.S. given the high degree of integration of the countries’ supply chains.
