U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross will lead a trade mission to China in mid-November, with an initial visit later this month. That seeks to continue the Comprehensive Economic Dialogue that most recently made progress in July. The visit threatens to be swamped, however, by the U.S. section 301 review of Chinese intellectual property practices – an initial report is due September 28.
