The U.S. ITA will investigate exports of PET resin from five countries including Brazil, with dumping margins of up to 116% alleged. Panjiva data shows imports had grown significantly, with a 22% rise in shipments from the countries investigated in the past 12 months, as well as a 3% drop in average import values per ton.
