Canada’s international trade activity has returned to rude health with a 16% rise in exports and 10% in imports in July being the fastest rate of growth since May 2017 and June 2017 respectively. The pace of export growth to the U.S. of 16% resulted in the largest trade surplus with America since at least 2010 at C$5.4 billion ($4.1 billion).
